About
Naprava is an audio/visual platform.
It is coded in C/C++ and started in visual studio 6. It has since then been also ported to linux where i prefer to use KDevelop.
Why a platform? Because it is actually intended to be a programmers interface to the devices in the system.
An abstraction layer for all the devices and it also provides various functionality that enables a programmer to start working his magic right away. For users looking to avoid compiling, predefined modules are provided.
Why? There is plenty of audio/video software!
It was made because of my inability to accept the limitations of other software and adhere to a strict guideline of usage. This bundle of code is also meant for hacking and adhoc/highly customized realtime solutions which are often hard to create with other software packages.
